Biography

Callie focuses her practice exclusively on public finance. She has assisted as bond counsel, underwriter’s counsel, issuer’s counsel, lender’s counsel, disclosure counsel, trustee’s counsel, borrower’s counsel, and special tax counsel in a variety of taxable and tax-exempt financings for an extensive range of governmental and non-profit entities throughout Kentucky, including financings for various cities, counties, school districts, utility systems, taxing districts, other special districts, public and private higher education institutions, hospitals and healthcare systems, senior living communities, and state agencies. Callie’s experience includes a broad range of traditional general obligation and revenue-backed governmental financings, public utility financings, conduit financings for 501(c)(3) organizations, exempt facility financings, industrial revenue bond issues, pool financings, economic development projects, and public-private partnership (P3) transactions.
