Cash C. Collins

Biography

Cash focuses his practice on civil litigation, with an emphasis on tort law and insurance defense. His work frequently involves trucking claims and insurance coverage disputes. He also handles matters involving probate litigation, contract disputes, and appellate advocacy. Clients appreciate the strategic and relational approach Cash takes to litigation, working closely with them to proactively reduce risk and strengthen their position through early case assessment and thoughtful resolution planning.

From his previous work with plaintiff personal injury firms, Cash has experience on both sides of the courtroom. This dual perspective informs his defense work, allowing him to anticipate opposing counsel’s tactics and build more effective defenses for his clients. Cash is particularly drawn to motion practice and oral advocacy, and he brings a high level of preparation and precision to every stage of litigation—from pre-suit negotiations to courtroom proceedings. He is also skilled in alternative dispute resolution.

Outside of his legal practice, Cash enjoys listening to audiobooks, recording podcasts, playing Dungeons & Dragons, and spending time with family, friends, and his Goldendoodle, Hobbs.
