Chuck retired from the partnership in 2026. Chuck was a corporate attorney who counseled businesses and their owners on issues such as mergers and acquisitions, contract negotiations, shareholder disputes, contract disputes, and succession planning, particularly privately-held businesses. Chuck also assisted clients with their estate planning needs and probate and trust administrations.
