Craig S. Horbus

Biography

Craig’s practice not only focuses on corporate counseling, but also includes an emphasis on cybersecurity work (including experience in artificial intelligence use and deployment initiatives) and data privacy law. His experience traverses advising on corporate transactions and technology initiatives, as well as intellectual property transactions. His extensive knowledge and candid approach to working with clients enables him to deliver efficient legal services as he assists them with moving their business forward to achieve the best possible outcome.

Craig has substantial experience representing companies of all sizes, including serving as outside general counsel, as he helps them navigate a full spectrum of corporate and operational issues.

With a focus on cybersecurity, data privacy and transactions, his practice has also evolved to include acting as counsel to companies through some of the most sophisticated data breaches, including ransomware; malware; hacking; and phishing attacks. These matters often required Craig to work with various law enforcement agencies including the FBI and Department of Homeland Security.
