Biography
Crystal is a civil litigator who delivers strategic, detail-oriented representation to all clients, no matter how big or small the matter. She concentrates her practice on professional liability defense, representing clients in medical, pharmacy, and legal malpractice actions, in addition to product and premises liability claims. Crystal has significant trial experience and adeptly manages a wide range of legal proceedings, including hearings, depositions, and mediations. She also drafts motions and leads complex e-discovery projects.
Crystal received her J.D. from the University of Louisville Brandeis School of Law. While in law school, she worked as a summer associate and law clerk for Dinsmore. She also received a limited license to practice law with the Robert and Sue Ellen Ackerson Law Clinic where she represented low-income victims of domestic violence in emergency protection hearings. Prior to law school, Crystal worked as a litigation paralegal for eight years.
