David P. Kaiser


David focuses on complex commercial litigation. He represents public and private companies, as well as small businesses and individuals in litigation matters involving breach of contract, real estate, trade secrets, class actions, securities, oil and gas, unfair competition, and shareholder disputes. He also has experience handling medical malpractice, long term care, premises liability and transportation claims.
