David W. Patton

Biography

David is a commercial litigation attorney specializing in creditors' rights, banking litigation, and construction disputes. He has successfully represented financial institutions in complex litigation pertaining to commercial loans and secured transactions. David also offers strategic guidance and representation to owners and contractors embroiled in intricate construction litigation.

While in law school, David gained valuable experience as a summer law clerk for Judge William Lawrence of the Southern District of Indiana.
