Biography
Eric focuses his practice on corporate and real estate law. His experience includes counseling state entities, local municipalities, and public school systems on economic development, real estate, and corporate matters. He regularly appears before planning commissions, boards of zoning adjustment, city councils, and fiscal courts and, over the years, has appeared before regulatory agencies including the Kentucky Registry of Election Finance, Commission for Health Economics Control, Alcoholic Beverage Commission, Public Service Commission, Personnel Board, and Underground Storage Tank Commission on behalf of clients.
