In this session, attendees will learn how COVID-19 is impacting HUD LEAN 232 financing. The session will begin with an overview of the HUD LEAN 232 loan process. The session will then walk through the essential elements of the loan process. From there, attendees will learn about the unique challenges of HUD Financing. Next, attendees will learn how COVID-19 is impacting the HUD LEAN 232 loan process and the added requirements due to COVID-19. The session will then discuss how these requirements are affecting the loan process and what to watch for. To assist with understanding the process and to discuss best practices, a Lender’s perspective will be given to provide a 360-degree view of the HUD financing process.
