Ivan was a speaker at the World Services Group Annual Conference held at Sofitel Legend The Grand Amsterdam in Amsterdam, The Netherlands from September 6-8, 2023. Ivan was a speaker on a panel discussion on “The Coming of Age of Foreign Direct Investment Screenings” with an EU moderator and EU and Chinese co-panelists. Ivan spoke on the topic “Overview of CFIUS National Security Investment Reviews in the United States” and provided the American perspective on the issues that the panel discussed.
