Joel F. Bornkamp

Biography

Joel focuses his practice on commercial litigation, defending mortgage lenders and other financial service clients in various consumer finance-related litigation matters. These include disputes under RESPA, TILA, FDCPA, and state law claims. With extensive experience, Joel represents mortgage lenders and loan servicers in contested residential and commercial foreclosures, tax sale disputes, title insurance claims, and regulatory code violation cases.
