Breach of Contract Allegations Relating to Loan/Insurance Agreement

Successfully represented Huntington National Bank and obtained summary judgment in a federal case involving allegations of breach of contract and statutory fraud. The summary judgment was affirmed by the Fourth Circuit Court of Appeals.
