Kelsey E. Scherr

Biography

Kelsey concentrates her practice on labor and employment disputes. She represents a broad range of clients, from small businesses to national companies, in a variety of industries, including: healthcare, technology, education, entertainment, manufacturing, retail, hospitality, and transportation. She handles matters across all facets of labor and employment law including discrimination, harassment, retaliation, wage and hour, and wrongful termination. Her trial experience includes participation in a month-long trial resulting in a defense verdict and all aspects of trial preparation. She has obtained summary judgment in several matters in both civil court and arbitration.

She also assists clients with pre-litigation resolution of employee disputes and general employment counseling. Kelsey focuses on finding practical solutions to address her clients’ needs and goals when dealing with these issues.

Prior to practicing law, Kelsey worked as a teacher in Los Angeles.
