Biography

Kevin is a commercial litigation attorney who provides a broad range of legal services to construction industry professionals. His clients include contractors, subcontractors, design professionals, and property owners.

Kevin assists clients in analyzing and resolving numerous issues they may face in the course of their business, including contract negotiations, pre-dispute assistance, payment disputes, professional licensing and reporting, and litigation. He works closely with experts, consultants, clients, and team members to quickly identify issues, minimize exposure, and resolve disputes throughout the planning, execution, and closing stages of projects. He understands the complex nature of disputes that can arise during a project, such as contract disputes, delays, the punchlist process, payment disputes, accidents, requests for equitable adjustment, and construction defects.

An experienced litigator, Kevin has appeared in trial and appellate courts at both the state and federal levels. He also handles arbitration for clients looking for alternative means of dispute resolution.

Prior to his career in private practice, Kevin was a judicial law clerk for the late Hon. Warren E. Jones of the Idaho Supreme Court.
