Kiernan focuses her practice on litigation. Following law school, she served as a judicial law clerk on the Montana Supreme Court, exposing her to a broad range of legal issues. Kiernan has also served as a prosecutor, where she litigated numerous trials and pretrial motions. Kiernan has experience in complex civil litigation matters involving extensive discovery and analysis. She received her J.D. from the University of Montana School of Law.
