Lucas A. Tanaka

Biography

Lucas represents clients in a broad range of commercial and tort litigation matters, guiding them through disputes that often involve complex legal and factual issues. His work includes drafting and analyzing legal arguments, preparing for mediation, and navigating settlement discussions. Whether working with individuals or businesses, Lucas is known for his thoughtful approach and ability to identify creative paths toward resolution.

He draws on experience gained from clerking for Judge Charles R. Simpson III of the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Kentucky, where he developed a strong foundation in federal litigation and judicial decision-making. Lucas brings a wide lens to each matter, informed by his interdisciplinary academic background and a commitment to understanding the unique goals of each client.
