Mark B. Bain

Biography

Mark focuses his practice on complex commercial litigation, including products liability, negligent security, and insurance coverage matters. He has successfully represented businesses, hospital systems, real estate brokerages, and other professional entities in high-stakes, complex litigation at both the state and federal levels. He has also been involved in many arbitrations and mediations.  

Originally from Saint Louis, Missouri, Mark earned his Bachelor of Arts in Criminology from the University of Dayton, with minors in Pre-Law, Political Science, and Sociology. 

Prior to joining Dinsmore, he worked for a prominent South Florida defense firm, gaining valuable experience after he graduated from the University of Miami School of Law. While in law school, he was actively involved in several boards and legal societies. Mark's other experiences include working as a Product (Research) Intern at LexisNexis and as a clerk for Judge Anthony Capizzi at the Montgomery County Juvenile Court.

In his free time, Mark is very active and loves to run, explore the vast culinary options Miami has to offer, and listen to live music.
