Max concentrates his practice on commercial finance, including working with clients to manage all varieties of financing transactions. He draws on his background working in the office of the Ohio State auditor to provide detailed financial insight and counsel to clients. His experience in the auditor’s office also affords him a thorough understanding of the financial climate, enabling him to become a trusted ally for his clients.
