Biography

Michelle focuses her practice on labor and employment law. Her background includes substantial experience defending complex personal injury and liability claims, and spans product liability, premises liability, automobile accidents, and general negligence cases.

In each circumstance and for every matter, Michelle is dedicated to providing her clients strategic, results-driven counsel and representation. She has successfully defended clients in high-stakes jury trials, including a four-week trial resulting in a full defense verdict, and has led arbitration proceedings as first chair.

Whether navigating insurance disputes or preparing for trial, Michelle provides clear, proactive guidance every step of the way. From drafting persuasive motions, to managing discovery, to conducting depositions and appearing in court, Michelle provides clients practical insights and a well-rounded perspective from her hands-on litigation experience.
