Dinsmore recently advised Fisher Management Partners on its sale of its business to Trinity Hunt Partners, a growth-oriented private equity firm.
The transaction creates a new value creation services platform focused on operational excellence, performance improvement and enterprise transformation. Dinsmore represented Fisher throughout the process and advised on all aspects of the transaction, including on the sale of the business, acquisition structure, tax implications, employment matters and corporate matters. The deal also involved a complex reorganization and significant strategic planning, with Dinsmore working closely alongside Fisher and its financial and tax advisors through every phase of the transaction.
Jason Sims led the Dinsmore team, which included Lacey Scully, Samara Yousif, Drew Harper, Madison Rittley, Christopher Hammond, Elena Shepherd, Jared Buker, Jessica Goedel and Jarman Smith.
“Congratulations to Fisher on reaching this important milestone,” said Jason. “Transactions of this nature require close coordination across multiple disciplines, and I’m grateful for the tremendous work of our Dinsmore team throughout the process. It was an honor to help Fisher achieve its strategic objectives and begin this next chapter.”
The partnership positions Fisher to expand its capabilities and continue helping middle-market companies navigate complex business challenges across business strategy, sales and marketing, operations and supply chain, finance, people and technology.
