Dinsmore’s Dr. Frank C. Woodside III Appointed to Ohio Supreme Court Advisory Committee on Law School Accreditation
Dr. Frank C. Woodside III, Of Counsel in the Firm’s Cincinnati office, has been appointed to the newly established Advisory Committee to Review the Law School Accreditation Process by the Supreme Court of Ohio.
The committee, formed under the direction of Chief Justice Sharon L. Kennedy, is tasked with evaluating the current accreditation standards for Ohio’s law schools and exploring opportunities for innovation in legal education. The Ohio Supreme Court’s initiative reflects its movement to ensure that accreditation processes align with the practical needs of today’s legal landscape. Dr. Woodside joins a distinguished panel of legal and academic leaders, including law school deans, legislators and senior judicial administrators.
A nationally recognized trial attorney and licensed physician, Dr. Woodside brings more than forty years of litigation experience to the committee. For decades, he served as an adjunct professor of law at the University of Cincinnati College of Law and as an emeritus clinical professor of pediatrics at the University of Cincinnati College of Medicine.
