Jeffrey Hinebaugh Named 2020 BTI Client Service All-Star

Jeffrey P. Hinebaugh, a partner in Dinsmore & Shohl’s litigation department, has been designated by corporate counsel and named to the 2020 “BTI Client Service All-Stars” list.

To compile its list, the BTI Consulting Group interviewed more than 350 corporate counsel with Fortune 1,000 and large organizations to research law firm relationships. The 475 attorneys recognized were praised by clients for their outstanding service.   

Hinebaugh is Dinsmore’s fifth attorney to be recognized as a BTI All-Star. Dinsmore was named to BTI’s 2017 and 2020 A-Teams (its annual list of elite law firms for client service), the firm ranked among the top 15 percent of best-branded law firms in the 2019 BTI Brand Elite rankings, and it made the 2018 Most Recommended Law Firms list.

With more than two decades of experience, Hinebaugh represents commercial and residential construction companies, owners, contractors, subcontractors, material suppliers and surety companies. His experience includes representing owners, general contractors and subcontractors with respect to commercial and residential disputes across the country with experience trying and arbitrating construction claims in Ohio, Michigan, Florida, Kentucky, Indiana, California and Colorado. He is also national counsel for mechanic lien matters for one of the largest construction material suppliers in the world. Aside from his legal practice, Hinebaugh has been issued five patents, is the author of A Board Game Education published in 2009 by Rowan & Littlefield, and is in pre-production for a new monthly radio program through Public Radio International.
