Biography
Nick is an associate attorney with a focus on corporate law, providing strategic legal counsel to businesses and nonprofit organizations at every stage of their lifecycle. With a practice that spans general corporate governance, mergers and acquisitions, growth and exit planning and nonprofit law, Nick brings a practical, solutions-oriented approach to complex business challenges.
He advises clients on entity formation, contract negotiation, compliance, and day-to-day operational matters, ensuring that legal frameworks align with business objectives. A key part of Nick’s practice also involves guiding entrepreneurs, startups, and established companies through strategic growth initiatives and exit strategies, including private equity transactions, succession planning, and corporate reorganizations.
In the M&A space, Nick supports both buyers and sellers through all phases of the transaction, from due diligence and structuring to negotiation and post-closing integration.
In the nonprofit space, Nick assists clients with nonprofit entity formations, governance, and obtaining tax-exempt status from the IRS, ensuring compliance with both state and federal laws.
Nick also has experience advising companies on the implementation and administration of Employee Stock Ownership Plans (ESOPs), helping business owners explore tax-advantaged succession strategies that align with long-term organizational goals.
