Omar  Hazimah

Biography

Omar focuses his practice in the health care industry, where he counsels clients on compliance with health care fraud and abuse laws and HIPAA, including relevant safe harbors and exceptions in various arrangements and agreements. He also reviews and drafts HIPAA and health care compliance plans. He updates medical staff bylaws and draft policies to align with facility leadership’s goals, current regulations, and accreditation bodies. His experience includes drafting asset purchase agreements, management service agreements, licensing agreements, physician employment agreements, professional service agreements, vendor agreements, business associate agreements, and leases.

He researches and reviews case law in healthcare, probate, corporate, and real estate and handles attorney wills, trusts, and deeds.
