Biography
Tricia concentrates her practice on creditors’ rights and real estate matters, representing financial institutions, investors and servicers in Kentucky, Ohio and Indiana. Her work for these and other clients spans a broad range of default-related legal issues that include foreclosure litigation, title disputes and enforcement of judgments. Tricia regularly handles contested real estate matters and has experience representing her clients in state court.
Her practice includes advising clients on loan origination compliance, lien enforcement and preservation, and the management and disposition of real estate acquired through foreclosure. Tricia also assists with residential real estate transactions and title examinations to ensure her clients are well-positioned to protect and assert their property rights.
Tricia works closely with her clients to protect and advance their real estate interests while being mindful of their legal spend. She evaluates each matter with an eye toward practicality and cost-effectiveness, and serves as a knowledgeable resource regarding loss mitigation strategies.
