Amelia focuses her practice on commercial litigation, bringing a practical, business-minded perspective to complex legal issues. Her experience includes legal research and analysis, developing arguments and strategy, drafting motions and other documents, and reviewing commercial agreements. She approaches each matter by looking beyond the immediate legal question to understand the broader context and objectives at stake.
Before joining Dinsmore, Amelia gained experience across a range of legal and commercial matters, including work at various creative agencies. Her previous experience included contracts, intellectual property, and dispute-related matters, as well as research involving emerging legal and regulatory issues. Working across different industries and legal settings shaped her ability to quickly understand complex issues, distill them into clear analysis, and approach problems from both a legal and commercial standpoint. Amelia earned her J.D. from Indiana University Maurer School of Law in 2025. She is admitted to practice in both Florida and Illinois.
