Anthony Romano

Associate

Anthony focuses his practice on employment and commercial litigation, having representing employers and businesses in a wide range of matters, including wage and hour disputes, discrimination/retaliation, and wrongful termination, as well as the defense of complex litigation, including class actions and matters arising under the Private Attorneys General Act. His commercial litigation practice includes disputes involving corporate liability, contractual issues, and business formation. In addition to litigation, Anthony counsels employers and businesses on pre-litigation strategy and risk management across both employment and commercial matters.

Prior to joining Dinsmore, Anthony gained experience representing both plaintiffs and defendants in employment, commercial, contractual, and real estate matters. His background in both prosecuting and defending lawsuits informs his ability to assess risk and develop practical strategies for clients in both pre-and active-litigation scenarios.

Anthony earned his J.D., cum laude, from California Western School of Law, where he received multiple academic excellence awards including in Trusts and Estates, Immigration Law, Criminal Procedure, Administrative Law, and Entertainment Law. Before entering the legal profession, Anthony held a variety of roles outside the practice of law, which contributed to his ability to connect with clients and understand a broad range of business perspectives.
