Autumn C. Burnett

Associate

Autumn focuses her practice on commercial litigation with an emphasis on banking and finance matters. She works with financial institutions, lenders and a wide range of business clients on disputes involving loan enforcement, creditor rights, contract matters and other complex commercial issues. Her steady, detail-oriented approach provides clients needed guidance throughout the litigation process in both state and federal courts.

Her practice also includes advising businesses on day-to-day corporate matters. Autumn’s experience in the corporate space includes drafting and reviewing contracts, assisting with entity formation, and helping companies understand practical considerations related to how they are governed. Her experience also extends to business acquisitions, offering clients the benefit of a deeper perspective that includes both the litigation and transactional sides of business law and a broader view of how commercial disputes develop and how they can be avoided. Identifying potential risks before they can develop is something Autumn strives to provide all her clients.

This combined experience allows Autumns to tailor strategies that consider both her clients’ legal and business goals and support the management and vital operations of businesses even after disputes arise.
