Ben has represented a variety of clients in the bankruptcy world. He began his career by representing consumer debtors in a high-volume Chapter 7 & Chapter 13 debtor-side practice. He then transitioned into creditor’s rights, where he represented auto and mortgage lenders in contested bankruptcy matters.
He has also represented lenders & landlords in state court replevin, collections, and eviction matters. His versatile background gives him a broad and unique perspective that informs the advice he provides to his clients. Ben understands the importance of analyzing the situation at hand and determining the best way to turn the situation into maximum recovery for the client.
