Caidan focuses on business restructuring matters. Prior to joining Dinsmore, he served as a judicial extern to the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Eastern District of Kentucky, where he gained experience in bankruptcy and restructuring matters. Caidan earned his J.D. from the University of Kentucky J. David Rosenberg College of Law in 2026, along with his M.B.A. from the University of Kentucky Gatton College of Business and Economics. He also served on the Kentucky Journal of Equine, Agriculture & Natural Resources Law.
