Christine focuses her practice on complex litigation where she provides clients the benefit of more than 14 years of experience across a wide range of high-stakes lawsuits. Her litigation portfolio is diverse and deep, and includes first-party bad faith insurance claims, professional liability claims, commercial claims, business disputes, complex insurance coverage disputes, and Section 1983 civil rights actions.
Before joining Dinsmore, Christine practiced at national law firms where she represented Fortune 100 companies and other large businesses. She is also experienced in the defense of professional liability claims, which includes securing a defense verdict in a legal malpractice jury trial and succeeding on the client’s counterclaim for unpaid attorneys’ fees. She has successfully defended against grievances before the Office of Attorney Regulation Counsel. She has also covered construction litigation, representing builders, developers, and design professionals in construction defect actions and other construction disputes.
As a fifth generation “farm kid”, hard work is ingrained in Christine. She brings a strong work ethic and meticulous attention to detail to every case. Her analytical approach allows her to identify vulnerabilities early, helping clients mitigate risk and position themselves for success. She works closely with clients to develop an effective case strategy and aggressively defends such claims.
Outside the office, Christine enjoys traveling, baking, cooking, and attending live music events.
