Chris has tried dozens of trials to verdict and has extensive experience defending complex civil litigation from its earliest stages to conclusion. Although he is a first-chair trial lawyer, he often resolves complex matters utilizing creative settlement and resolution strategies. He represents businesses, manufacturers, and insurance companies. In addition, he represents contractors and premises owners in claims for unreasonably dangerous work environments, death, and business interruption. He has defended manufacturers and premises owners from asbestos and other toxic tort claims for more than 20 years.
