Cody focuses his practice on corporate transactions. He advises business clients at every stage of the business life cycle, including entity formation, general contracting, mergers and acquisitions, private capital raises, and company sales.
Prior to joining Dinsmore, Cody collaborated firsthand with clients as an associate attorney at a boutique law firm in Indianapolis, where he led client acquisitions and sales and managed a range of private capital raises and general contracting matters. That experience continues to shape how he approaches client relationships today.
