Dan Nagler focuses his practice on civil litigation defense, representing clients from pre-suit investigations through trial and post-trial proceedings. He has experience representing clients of all sizes, from local businesses to regional and national companies. His clients benefit from his ability to assess case facts in the context of applicable law, evaluate risk and exposure, develop effective defense and resolution strategies, and successfully execute those plans.

Dan’s experience includes developing legal strategy, providing case evaluation and reporting, conducting depositions, participating in mediations and hearings, and preparing cases for trial. He regularly collaborates with clients, adjusters, experts, and co-defendants to achieve efficient and effective outcomes. Dedicated to client service, Dan works to secure the best possible result while minimizing disruptions to his clients’ day-to-day business operations.
