Prior to joining the firm, Dan served in underwriting and leadership roles with a leading national title insurance company, where he oversaw multiple locations, client relationships, and business operations. He has extensive experience in various types of real estate transactions of all sizes and levels of complexity across multiple industries, including single and multi-family housing, healthcare, hospitality, office, retail, industrial, energy and data facilities.
At Mercantile, Dan focuses on strategic growth, operational excellence, risk management, and client relationships. He works closely with Dinsmore attorneys and clients, bringing a deep understanding of sophisticated commercial real estate transactions and the title industry.
