Daniel concentrates his practice on commercial litigation. He received his J.D. from the University of Dayton School of Law and his bachelor’s degree from The Ohio State University. While in law school, he held numerous leadership roles, including Editor in Chief of the University of Dayton Law Review, Associate Justice on the University of Dayton Moot Court board, Election Commissioner with the Student Bar Association. He also served on the Honor Council and contributed to a wide range of student organizations.
Prior to joining Dinsmore, Daniel clerked for Judge Walter H. Rice, United States District Judge for the Southern District of Ohio. During his clerkship, he gained hands-on experience with the complexities of commercial litigation.
Outside the office, Daniel enjoys puzzles of all kinds, getting lost in a good book, and rooting for FC Cincinnati and the Buckeyes, along with his Chicago sports teams: the White Sox, Bears, Blackhawks, and Bulls.
