David is a corporate associate who focuses on commercial real estate law. He is familiar with all aspects of commercial real property transactions, including conveyance, financing, and negotiations. David has worked with clients ranging from individual property owners to national corporations, and has experience with a broad range of real estate transactions, including office buildings, industrial and warehouse spaces, apartments, mixed-use developments, shopping malls, hotels, rental properties, automotive sites, energy/mining operations, railroads, marinas, vacant land, and farm land.
David’s broader corporate practice also includes lender representation, primarily drafting loan documents for commercial financing transactions and modifications. He also gained experience assisting in mergers & acquisitions work, ESOP deals, and SBA lending.
David received his J.D. from the Villanova University Charles Widger School of Law.
