David is a civil litigation attorney who focuses his practice on creditor’s rights, construction litigation, and business disputes. He routinely helps financial institutions enforce commercial loans and sophisticated security instruments. David also has significant experience representing and advising businesses involved in complex commercial litigation.
Prior to joining Dinsmore, David gained valuable experience as a summer law clerk for Judge William Lawrence of the Southern District of Indiana.
