Mackie Anderson is a commercial litigation attorney whose practice focuses on white collar crime defense, government investigations, business litigation, and medical malpractice. She represents clients ranging from Fortune 500 companies to small businesses and individuals, with a reputation for strategic judgment and meticulous attention to detail.
Mackie regularly defends clients in DOJ investigations, qui tam actions, and complex white collar criminal matters—helping secure dismissals and favorable resolutions. She also manages litigation nationwide for a multinational franchisor, navigating disputes across jurisdictions with consistency and efficiency. In the healthcare space, Mackie represents some of the nation’s top-ranked hospitals in high-stakes medical malpractice and wrongful death cases, where her thorough preparation and problem-solving approach are critical to protecting her clients’ interests.
Before joining Dinsmore, Mackie worked with the Ohio Innocence Project, where she helped exonerate individuals wrongfully convicted and sentenced to death. She also practiced at a national law firm on its appellate team, honing her skills in complex legal writing and appellate advocacy.
Outside of the office, Mackie is a wife and mother of two daughters. She is also an active leader in her church in OTR.
