Emily H. Wade

Associate

Emily focuses her practice on real estate business transactions and general corporate law. She represents lenders, buyers, and sellers in commercial real estate matters, including title due diligence. Her experience includes drafting and negotiating purchase and sale agreements, leases, and land use documents, as well as handling real estate acquisitions, development projects, and the preparation of deeds, easements, homeowner and condominium association documents, mortgages, and security instruments.

Emily also advises school districts on real estate matters, Kentucky Open Records Act compliance, and contract review. She represents clients across a range of industries in zoning and entitlement matters, including reviewing zoning regulations, analyzing comprehensive plans, and appearing before planning commissions, boards of zoning adjustment, city councils, and fiscal courts.
