Emily focuses her work on a variety of transactional and regulatory health care matters, as well as specific issues involving HIPAA and health care data privacy, the 340B Drug Pricing Program, and federal and state fraud, waste, and abuse.
Emily graduated with honors from the Thomas R. Kline School of Law of Duquesne University. While in law school, she served as President of the Appellate Moot Court Board, worked as a teaching assistant, and participated in two appellate advocacy competitions.
