Emily is an associate whose practice focuses on labor and employment. Emily is familiar with all aspects of Litigation, including drafting pleadings, preparing and responding to discovery, taking and defending depositions, and engaging in settlement negotiations. She also provides counseling services to employers in connection with pre-litigation disputes and development of employment policies. Emily received her J.D. from Pepperdine University School of Law.
