Erica is an associate who focuses her practice on complex commercial litigation. Before joining Dinsmore, Erica served as a judicial law clerk to the Honorable Gregory F. Van Tatenhove in the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Kentucky. Her experience as a law clerk gave her valuable insight into federal litigation, which she uses to assist clients in a broad variety of legal issues. She received her J.D. from the University of Kentucky J. David Rosenberg College of Law.
