Frank practices in the areas of medical malpractice defense litigation, medical product liability defense litigation, mold defense litigation, probate litigation and general tort defense litigation in the Florida state circuit and appellate courts, including appearing in four of the six appellate district courts in Florida and the Florida Supreme Court. Frank has also appeared in all Federal District Courts in Florida, the Eleventh United States Circuit Court of Appeals and the United States Supreme Court.
Frank’s clients have included a nationally recognized children’s hospital, multiple medical schools in the State of Florida, a teaching hospital, a level I trauma center, as well as medical clients practicing individually and in groups. Frank’s litigation experience includes federal multidistrict litigation for Merrell Dow in the Bendectin birth defect litigation, Procter and Gamble for the Rely tampon/toxic shock syndrome litigation and federal class action litigation involving medical informed consent. Frank has served as the President of the Florida Defense Lawyers Association and lectures on a variety of legal topics.
