Jordan D. Pinkstaff

Law Clerk

Jordan focuses on a broad range of civil litigation matters and supports attorneys in the representation of a variety of clients ranging from businesses and financial institutions to individuals. These include contract disputes, real estate litigation, personal injury actions, creditor’s rights issues, and adversary proceedings arising in bankruptcy cases.

Jordan earned his J.D. from the University of San Diego School of Law, cum laude, where he concentrated in civil litigation. During law school, he served as a judicial extern to John A. Houston of the United States District Court for the Southern District of California and competed on USD Law’s National Mock Trial Team, earning team placements in regional and national competitions. A first-generation law student, Jordan is committed to mentorship and served as a teaching assistant for the law school’s Experiential Advocacy Practicum course, helping first-year students develop oral advocacy skills, while also mentoring first- and second-year law students through the Student Bar Association.

In his free time, Jordan enjoys surfing, skateboarding, hiking, and exploring the outdoors and the California coast.
