Lindsey is a commercial litigator who represents businesses in complex disputes and brings the perspective of both outside and in-house counsel to her practice. Her experience spans a broad range of litigation matters, including contract and business disputes, construction litigation, bankruptcy-related matters, and other complex commercial claims.
Lindsey began her legal career at Dinsmore in 2016, representing clients in commercial litigation matters in state and federal courts. She practiced with the firm through 2021 before serving as in-house litigation counsel for a national healthcare organization from 2022 to 2026, when she returned to Dinsmore.
As in-house counsel, Lindsey managed a diverse portfolio of litigation and investigation matters across the country. She collaborated closely with business leaders, outside counsel, witnesses, and other stakeholders to develop litigation strategies, assess risk, oversee discovery, prepare matters for mediation and trial, and resolve disputes efficiently and strategically.
Lindsey’s in-house experience provides her with a practical understanding of the challenges and priorities businesses face when navigating litigation. She understands that effective representation requires more than identifying legal issues. It requires a deep understanding of a client’s business objectives, clear communication regarding risk, and the development of strategies that align with both legal and business goals.
Her experience includes managing complex litigation through all stages of the dispute lifecycle, from pre-suit investigation through resolution. She has handled high-stakes commercial disputes, mediations, trials, bankruptcy proceedings, and matters involving multiple jurisdictions.
