Logan C. Wagner

Associate

Logan is a member of the firm’s commercial litigation team, where he represents businesses and individuals in a wide range of civil disputes. His work focuses on providing practical, well‑reasoned advocacy grounded in thorough legal research, clear writing, and close attention to the facts of each matter.

Prior to joining the firm, Logan completed federal judicial clerkships with Judge Frank W. Volk, Chief Judge of the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of West Virginia, and Judge John T. Copenhaver, Jr., of the same court. These clerkships provided valuable exposure to complex commercial and civil litigation from the court’s perspective and strengthened the analytical and writing skills that inform his litigation practice today.

During law school, Logan was actively involved in academic and service‑oriented organizations, including serving in leadership roles with the West Virginia Law Review and participating as a volunteer tax preparer through the VITA program. He also competed nationally in the ABA Tax Challenge, earning runner‑up honors. This combination of academic engagement, public service, and early courtroom exposure continues to shape his thoughtful and detail‑oriented approach to representing clients.
