Megan concentrates her practice on commercial litigation and tort defense. She represents clients in complex commercial disputes involving financial services litigation, insurance coverage matters, and breach of contract claims. Megan also defends large national corporations in a broad range of tort actions, including mass tort, premises liability, and product liability litigation. With experience litigating matters in both federal and state courts, she assists clients through every stage of the litigation process, from initial case assessment and discovery through motion practice, trial preparation, and resolution.
Prior to joining the Firm, Megan gained appellate and judicial experience through positions that strengthened her litigation foundation. She was a law clerk at a boutique family law firm, where she worked primarily on appeals before the Illinois Appellate Court and the Illinois Supreme Court. She also served as a judicial extern to the Honorable Doris L. Pryor of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Seventh Circuit, where she developed a deeper understanding of federal appellate practice and judicial analysis.
