Mohammed focuses his practice on general commercial litigation, assisting clients through all phases of the litigation process, including pleadings, discovery and trial preparation. He works with clients across an array of industries, always tailoring his approach to fit their unique needs, circumstances and tolerances.

His previous experience includes drafting coverage opinions and detailed reports analyzing homebuilder insurance policies; evaluating class-action lawsuits against homebuilders; and litigating complex insurance coverage, bad faith, allocation, reimbursement and other disputes including first and third-person coverage. He has served as the monitoring counsel at a mediation for a matter involving $50 million in exposure, representing the interests of an excess insurer.

Mohammed is committed to understanding his clients’ objectives and anticipating needs they may not yet recognize. He strives to ensure that all work is clear, practical and accessible, allowing clients to make informed decisions without unnecessary complexity. Mohammed received his J.D. from Sandra Day O’Connor College of Law. Outside of his practice, he is passionate about the arts and spending time with his pets.
