Montgomery J. Pattison

Montgomery focuses his practice on commercial finance and banking. He counsels lenders on debt financing matters related to the construction, acquisition, and refinancing of affordable and conventional multifamily house developments.

Montgomery received his J.D. from Indiana University’s Robert H. McKinney School of Law, where he served as an Articles Editor for the Indiana Law Review and participated in the Hon. Robert H. Staton Moot Court Competition. Montgomery was also the President of the First Generation Law Student Society and an active member of the Business Law Society.
